A co-host is usually an individual or small business that has less customers so they can provide focus on your properties individual needs, style, and guests. In a world full of tech and automation, we provide a personalized touch.
When you leave a property management company, they own the listings reviews, so they stay with the PM company. With a Co-Host, you keep your 5 reviews, establishing your credibility to future guests.
With a cohost, the owner gets their money from the guest, and then gets a fully disclosed bill from their cohost with a previously agreed-upon price.
Payment works differently too. Property management companies get paid first and then pay you.

Streamlined Claims: Minor claims? We handle them without guest involvement, protecting your reviews and reputation. Claims under $1,000 are typically paid within 5 Days of approval.
